Symptoms

EJB timer can't work correctly during BST(DST) fallback to normal.

For timezone GB-Eire,    BST begins at 01:00 GMT on the last Sunday of March and ends at 01:00 GMT (02:00 BST) on the last Sunday of October.   So BST(DST) should end 2:00 AM, BST, Oct 25th, 2020 , DST fall back to Normal time ( Change to "1:00 AM ,GMT" on  "2:00 AM, BST")

Using CalendarTimer, the next timeout time is calculated based on the timer.getNextTimeout().   But timer method returned incorrect "the next timeout time" and pause to work during Daylight Saving Time(DST) fallback,

Correct DST(BST) behavior as below
