After Upgrading to 12.2.1.4 Capture Doesn't Always Merge the Email Body to the Other Converted Attachments (Doc ID 2737194.1)

Capture was upgraded from 12.2.1.2 to 12.2.1.4.  With the existing configuration, the 12.2.1.4 version of Capture is not merging the email body in the PDF document as expected.

In 12.2.1.2, Capture profiles are set to identify PDF as an Invoice, and all other documents as Supporting Documents. The email body is merged with each PDF in the email, and is committed to WebCenter Forms Recognition, where supporting documents are sent to Imaging.

In Capture 12.2.1.4:

• Email body is merged with PDFs as expected, however only when the email contains PDFs and no other documents.
• When an email contains .xls/.doc or any other document that is not getting converted, the email body is not merging with the corresponding PDF files.
