Symptoms

On : 12.2.1.3 version after upgrade from 11g

After migration from OUD 11g to OUD 12c, an existing Subentry Password Policy is automatically replaced by rebuild index operation.
Due to this issue, users having the existing password policy is changed to default.

 Upgraded environment.
