Folder pagination does not go past item 15950 in ADF UI (Doc ID 2738870.1)

Symptoms

Unable to navigate past folder item 15950 in the ADF UI when browsing folders.

 

For example, there are 192,196 folders in folder TestFolder.  Clicked on TestFolder and the status bar shows "1 to 10 of 192,196 items". 

Clicked on the last page available in the UI which was page 1,595.  The status of this page shows "15,941 to 15,950".  Unable to see other 191K folders.
