Symptoms

WebCenter Portal 12.2.1.4.0.

Trying to remove members from a portal security returns the following error:

WCS#2020.11.20.01.48.28 : Fatal error while removing the role. Please contact Administrator with error reference.

WebCenter Portal diagnostic log shows:
