Symptoms

On : 12.2.1.4.0 version, Enterprise Manager for Fusion Middleware

Error while accessing web service endpoint in browser for SOA service exposed as SOAP webservice.



For 11g version of SOA instance, the test client is getting opened successfully and also able to invoke the service using it.

Want to achieve in 12c server also.
