JMS Messages Not Getting Forwarded to Oracle Database Queues (Doc ID 2740108.1)

Symptoms

JMS Messages coming to weblogic server are not getting forwarded to Oracle database queues after upgrading to Database 12c (12.2). Weblogic Server accepts the messages and shows up the messages in the console Queues which it received. But, database don't show up any messages forwarded to it.

 Clicking on reset for data source persists the message to database with the following message in logs:

Changes

 Upgrade Database.
