Symptoms

After applying Oracle JDK 261 and WLS JULY PSU, some applications are throwing exceptions and intermittently leading to the unavailability of the application.  Eventually after 4-5 minutes, it clears out by itself and recovers. The Garbage Collection (GC) shows the following:
