Parameter not present in credential store Error while updating the IT Resource after upgrade (Doc ID 2741244.1)

Symptoms

 After upgrade to OIG 12c PS4, the administrator may get the following error while updating the IT Resource parameters in the UI and OIM server logs.

Error Message in OIG sysadmin console UI:

Error Occurred wile updating the IT Resource. This server does not implement the requested method..

From oim server diagnostic logs below error message can be seen:


Class/Method: tcITResourceInstanceOperationsBean/updateWithCredentialStoreData encounter some problems: Parameter xxxx not present in credential store. pls check for svr_key:

 

Changes

Upgrade to OIG 12.2.1.4 or later. Update the parameter values for the IT Resource and error is seen in UI.
