Symptoms
When adding a new table to the existing extract (configured to capture data from Aurora PostgreSql , the extract was abending with the following error
2020-12-04 19:36:12 ERROR OGG-25548 Column index (14) is out of sequence for table <schema>.<table name>, the actual column index = 16.
2020-12-04 19:36:12 ERROR OGG-00145 Call to VAMRead returned with error status 16002.
