Not Able To Deploy The Composite Due To Socket Timeout Issue (Doc ID 2742953.1)

Symptoms

On : 12.2.1.4.0 version, BPEL Service Engine

Customer is getting read timeout when deploying the composite from laptop, however customer is able to deploy the composite from the SOA server directly without issues.

Following error is seen in the logs:
