WFR 12.2.1.4.0 Installation Returns Error Connecting to SQL Database "Login failed for user "<username>"!" (Doc ID 2743406.1)

Symptoms

Attempting to install WebCenter Forms Recognition version 12.2.1.4.0 and the installation is performing the creation of the WFR database (on SQL Server).  During installation the following error is returned:

Login failed for user "<username>"!

 

Looked at the "C:\InstallHistory.log" file and it reports:

Detect Database Failed: Wrong User information for <servername>

 

Then looked at the "C:\Windows\Temp\TestDBConnection.log" file and it reports the error:

  Login failed for user '<username>'
  Invalid connection string attribute
