On : 12.2.1.4.0 version, Product Installation

SOA on OCI Vs MS AZURE

Customer has EBS R12.2.5 running on on-premise & SOA 12.2.1.4 running on on-premise data center. Customer would like to migrate to cloud. Customer has tie- up with MS Azure.

Please provide pros & cons if we move the EBS & SOA to Azure vs OCI? which one is Oracle preferred approach? and what are data pointers we should explain to customer in-order to convince him to move to OCI instead of Azure
