During OAM 12c Server initial deployment, OAM instance is set for OPEN mode by default.
Changing the Security communication mode is a manual process.
There are numerous OAM 12c environments that this needs to be done on and would require significant time to do so.

Is there a way to automate such re-configuration, specifically from OPEN mode to CERT mode, using some sort of command lines or API?
