Unable to Access WebLogic Console Behind a Reverse Proxy After Applying PSU

Information in this document applies to any platform.
Both WebLogic 184.108.40.206.0 and 220.127.116.11.0 are run on the same system, and WebLogic is run behind a reverse proxy on Linux.
The console login works only with WLS 18.104.22.168.0 (or WLS 22.214.171.124.0) without any PSU (no patch).
but it does not work for any of the 126.96.36.199.0 nor 188.8.131.52.0 PSUs.
As a reverse proxy, NGINX is used and listens on port http:80 (with no SSL involved).
The latest PSU patch has been applied successfully, yet when trying to logging into the console:
