Unable to Access WebLogic Console Behind a Reverse Proxy After Applying PSU (Doc ID 2747569.1)

Both WebLogic and are run on the same system, and WebLogic is run behind a reverse proxy on Linux.
The console login works only with WLS (or WLS without any PSU (no patch).
but it does not work for any of the nor PSUs.

As a reverse proxy, NGINX is used and listens on port http:80 (with no SSL involved).

The latest PSU patch has been applied successfully, yet when trying to logging into the console:
