Unable to Access WebLogic Console Behind a Reverse Proxy After Applying PSU (Doc ID 2747569.1)

The console login works only with WLS (or WLS without any PSU (no patch).
but it does not work for any of the nor PSUs.

As a reverse proxy, NGINX is used in this case and listens on port http:80 (but this can occur with other Reverse Proxy vendors or setups).

The latest PSU patch has been applied successfully, yet when trying to logging into the console:
