Exalogic Virtual: OEM Report "Availability Evaluation Error" For ExaLogic Monitoring Components After Upgrading EMOC Server To OL6 From OL5 (Doc ID 2747620.1)

Symptoms

After applying the Oct 2020 PSU and the operating system of EMOC vServer was upgraded from OL5 to OL6, OVMM was upgraded to 3.4.5, EMOC to 12.3.exa.200719 and Oracle DB to 12c, customer noticed that all the exalogic components except ZFSSA are in "Availability Evaluation Error" status from OEM. Below is a screenshot for Infiniband Switch as a example:

Tried Refresh system and got the error below.
