Symptoms

Coordinate kafka replicate is not moving after restart. Before "stop replicat" command, there was no lag for any thread. After restart, replicat doesn't move.

Target Goldengate : Oracle GoldenGate for Big Data 19.1.0.0.1

Target : 3 Node Kafka Cluster
