Issue On Document After IBR Process (Doc ID 2748105.1)

Symptoms

When viewing or exporting PDF in displays inverted in OIT so that background is black and characters are white. When opened in Adobe views as expected where the background is white and the characters are black. This issue is with WCC and the IBR.

What is working:

Core functionality of the IBR is working for PDF conversion.

Expected Behavior:

The PDF file would be similar to the original input file.

Business Impact:

Affecting a production environment.
