Java Advanced Management Console Pauses at "Fetching Data ..." and Eventually Stops with a "HTTP 500 Error" When Exporting Java Usage Data (Doc ID 2749176.1)

Symptoms

Exporting a large number of Java Usage records (e.g. four thousand pages of 20 records per page) into CSV format from the Java Advanced Management Console (AMC) appears to hang at "Fetching Data ...". After several minutes (e.g. 20 minutes), the AMC server throws a "HTTP 500 Error".
