Oracle Identity Manager(OIM): Missing Folders In BI Publisher After Importing The Polish or German Translation File (Doc ID 2749287.1)

Symptoms

In BI Publisher 12.2.1.3.0, after changing UI language to Polish or German and importing the OIM11gR2BIP11g_pl.xlf Polish or OIM11gR2BIP11g_de.xlf German translation file, respectively, folders are missing under Catalog link-->Folders -> Shared Folders -> Oracle Identity Manager. All reports can be seen when the UI language is set to English.

The BI Publisher report definitions for OIG 12c can be found in the $MW_HOME/idm/server/reports/oim_product_BIPReports_12c.zip file.
