Symptoms

Cannot access groups for the custom user through Security Realm in the WebLogic admin console. The WebLogic server is part of FMW and is using OUD as its authenticator.

In the WebLogic console the custom user can be seen here (Security Realms > myrealm > Users and Groups > <USER_NAME>)

When clicking on Groups for <USER_NAME>, should see the Administrators group but instead, this error was seen "[Security:090278]Error listing member groups". The complete error stack is as follows:
