Dialog Popup Does Not Open When Containing Region Using af:declarativeComponent With a Facet (Doc ID 2749815.1)

Symptoms

Dialog popup with a region using <af:declarativeComponent> does not open when there's a facet reference in the declarative component.

The logs just shows:

<_warnUnpoppedContextChanges> <ADF_FACES-10021:During the processing of the include component, the context change found did not match the current
  component. Expected oracle.adf.view.rich.component.fragment.UIXInclude$IncludeContextChange, but got UIXRegion.RegionContextChange[Component class: oracle.adf.view.rich.component.rich.fragment.RichRegion, component ID: r1].>
