Symptoms

On : 12.2.1.4.0 , Fabric

Queues & Topic missing after successful 12.2.1.4 upgrade.

During an upgrade to 12.2.1.4 some of the JMS queues and/or topics were removed.

The log shows the  messages similar to the following (the actual queue name differ):

com.oracle.cie.domain.WLSJmsHelper - Queue being removed as with duplicate JNDI jms/import/messages is import


The issue looks to happen on clustered environment only
