Symptoms

During Oct 2020 PSU upgrade, while performing the "SECTION E: UPGRADE OVMM TO 3.4.5, EMOC TO 12.3.EXA.200719 AND ORACLE DB TO 12C" in Doc ID 2715114.1, the step fails with the following error:
