NXSD Not Working For Space Preserve (Doc ID 2752742.1)

Symptoms

Created NXSD to convert from ASCII to XML .when element value has only space then NXSD converting element into empty tag
eg we are expecting like <EVENT_DATE> </EVENT_DATE> but actual output is <EVENT_DATE/>
