Symptoms

After having applied an Oracle Data Integrator (ODI) bundle patch (such as, but not limited to 12.2.1.4.210108 BP), the ODI Studio UI is started, connection to the database is established...

... but the ODI Studio Initialization hangs on "Building ODI Navigator" action.

Changes

ODI bundle patch has been applied, and ODI Studio started (without having cleared the cache).
