Date Field With Empty Value Sets Value To ICF Connector As '1970-01-01 01:00:00.0' (Doc ID 2753244.1)

Developing a connector for a target resource and sending a birth date for the user
However not every user would have birthday populated. So for users where the date is empty, there will be a problem
because it will send '1970-01-01 01:00:00.0'.

Changes

Steps involved to reproduce the issue.
1. Create a resource object, process definition, it resource, and process form with a field date in Design Console.
2. Create application instance, form, in sysadmin.
3. Provisioning this application to an user and let the field date empty.
4. the field date value passed to the ICF connector will be a Long with value 0 ( that is the date "1970-01-01 01:00:00.0")
