Running Forms In Https Mode Shows A Message "Client Authentication" (Doc ID 275350.1)

Symptoms

While running Forms 10g on web in HTTPS mode with 10g AS, it shows a popup window with the following message :

Client Authentication (Popup Window Title)

Identification (Frame Title)

The Web site you want to view requests identification.
Select the certificate to use when connecting.

The window has three buttons, "More Info","Ok" and "Cancel". If user presses "Ok" the Form runs fine without any problems.
