Symptoms
Using Oracle WebCenter Enterprise Capture 12.2.1.4.0 with Patch 32137137. The Import Processor Email Provider jobs are only Importing the first e-mail available for import when multiple e-mails are present in the folder. The rest of the emails are treated as though they were successfully processed (either deleted or moved to Success Post Processing folder), but no batches are created for these other emails.
