Symptoms
On : 12.2.1.4.0 version, SQL*ReportWriter
When run a report via rwservlet URL, it fails with error:
REP-1202: An Oracle logon was not specified.
In this case, the security for the Reports Server is already disabled by following Document 2108256.1.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following sample URL:
http://<hostname>:<port>/reports/rwservlet?report=<your_report>.rdf&destype=cache&desformat=pdf
