Oracle Identity Governance (OIG) 12c: Representational State Transfer (REST) Application Programming Interface (API) Not Available For Disabling/Enabling A Target Account That Is Provisioned To The User
(Doc ID 2755218.1)
Last updated on JUNE 13, 2024
Applies to:
Identity Manager - Version 12.2.1.3.200627 and laterInformation in this document applies to any platform.
Goal
REST API not available for Disabling/Enabling a target account that is provisioned to the user
There is no REST API endpoint to enable/disable accounts.
As workaround , Disable/Enable a User will lead to Disabling/Enabling "all" the Accounts for that user.
But this cannot be used to Disable/Enable only a "specific" account for that user.
The requirement is to be able to Disable/Enable through REST API a Target Account that is provisioned to the user, as per Request and Approval process similar as done by UI.
