REST API not available for Disabling/Enabling a target account that is provisioned to the user

How to Disable/Enable AppInstances for a User.
There is no REST API endpoint to enable/disable accounts.

As workarround , Disable/Enable a User will lead to Disabling/Enabling all the Accounts for that user,  but this cannot be used to Disable/Enable only a specific account for user and not the user itself.

The requirement is to be able to Disable/Enable through REST API a Target Account that is provisioned to the user, as per Request and Approval process similar as done by UI.
