Error "<hostname> redirected you too many times" While Trying To Access The Apex Application Using ORDS (Doc ID 2755592.1)

Symptoms

When attempting to run the Apex application or page using "Run" Option from the Application Builder the following error appears.

This page isn't working.

<hostname> redirected you too many times.

 

When the URL is copied and the pasted it in the browser windows, the page is prompting for the login and working fine after logging in.
