Symptoms

On : 11.1.1.9.0 version, BPEL Service Engine

Soa Composite Deployment fails with SSL Handshake error

For the security purpose, LB supports TLS 1.2, not TLS 1.1 any more. After this change, in the environment, when deploying a SOA composite using the same LB, started to receive the error:

Changes

 LoadBlance side used to support TLS 1.1, but for security purpose, LB supports TLS 1.2, no long supports TLS 1.1.
