Symptoms

In Exalogic Virtual racks, when applying October 2020 PSU, we notice issue of Dom0 Compute Node upgrade failing with preChecks failure at oracle-hmp packages.

Following is the error message which is noticed in Exapatch logs at the time of the issue.

Upgrading Exalogic Virtual rack from April 2020 PSU to October 2020 PSU.
