Integrated Extract Fails to Start Due to OGG-06219 on Multitenant Database (Doc ID 2758000.1)

Symptoms

When starting Integrated Extract (IE), it may fail due to OGG-06219 on Multitenant Database (CDB).

WARNING OGG-01262 Oracle GoldenGate Capture for Oracle, CAPCKG.prm: The call to the cm_obj_find() function from line 1865 in CM_object_create() failed with reason 'cm_obj_find: object (e.g., trans) already exists: error: 115'.

ERROR     OGG-06219 Oracle GoldenGate Capture for Oracle, CAPCKG.prm: Unable to extract data from the Logmining server OGG$<CAPTURE>.
INFO       OGG-01026 Oracle GoldenGate Capture for Oracle, PMPCKG.prm: Rolling over remote file <Trail File>.
ERROR     OGG-02078 Oracle GoldenGate Capture for Oracle, CAPCKG.prm: Extract encountered a fatal error in a processing thread and is abending.
ERROR     OGG-01668 Oracle GoldenGate Capture for Oracle, CAPCKG.prm: PROCESS ABENDING.
