Problem While Downloading Static Workspace Files in "Download as Zip" Format (Doc ID 2758144.1)

Symptoms

When attempting to download Static Workspace Files as Application (ID)\Shared Components\Static Workspace Files\Download as Zip,
the browser window is filled with ZIP binary contents instead of ZIP file.

the following error occurs.
