Symptoms

When upgrading Oracle Data Integrator (ODI) to a newer version of ODI 12.2.1.x, the following error occurs during execution of the Upgrade Assistant (UA):

The error notes that one row contains a null value for the GLOBAL_ID column of the SNP_AGENT_PROP_LST table.
