It has been reported that an Oracle Enterprise Manager agent installation is missing after section E: Upgrade OVMM to 3.4.5, EMOC to 12.3.exa.200719 and Oracle DB to 12c of Doc ID 2715114.1
the OEM Cloud Control Agent home and binaries before OCT PSU were located @ /u01/app/oracle/product/12.1.0/agent12c
The entire directory /u01/app/oracle/product/12.1.0 is gone after Section E DB upgrade of the OCT 2020 PSU.
