Symptoms
On : 12.2.1.4.0 version, SQL*ReportWriter
In enhancedspreadsheet output, the header is repeating after certain lines. This issue started after upgrading the JDK version to 1.8.0_261.

This was not the case before the JDK upgrade. Only one header will appear at the top.
Changes
The JDK was upgraded from 1.8.0_251 to 1.8.0_261
