"Ticket does not match supplied service" error during login and publishing

On : 12.2.1.4.0 version, WebCenter Sites
Environment Details:
---------------------
WCS two node cluster, Request Flow: Hardware LB (HTTPS) -> OHS (HTTP) -> WCS (HTTP)
"wcsites.use.requesturl = true" is set in wcs_properties.json file
Problem:
--------
- Attempting to Login via node URL does not work when wcsites.app.host is configured for LB.
- Site Explorer Login does not work with both LB URL and cluster node URL. Below error is seen in sites.log
- Also publishing to this environment fails with same error.
