OID 12c - All "LDAP Operations Profile" Metrics Show "No data available" in EM Fusion Middleware Control (EM FMW Control) (Doc ID 2759559.1)

Symptoms

In Oracle Enterprise Manager (EM) Fusion Middleware Control, All of "LDAP Operations Profile" metrics of Oracle Internet Directory (OID) show "No data available" (or "no data found") although LDAP operations have been performed in the time range of metrics. These metrics can be shown in the OID Home page and Performance Summary page;

The issue occurs also if the Stats Flag (orclstatsflag) is enabled and the Stats Frequency (orclstatsperiodicity) has been set to small value (e.g. 1 or 10).
