How to Avoid Error "ohs_managed_template.jar does not exist" Seen During UA-Readiness Check (Doc ID 2759638.1)

Goal

During readiness check, if the only source has Oracle HTTP Server installed then one will see the message:
EXCEPTION UPGAST-00028: Template ../ohs/common/templates/wls/ohs_managed_template.jar does not exist for component <OHS_COMPONENT_NAME> of type OHS.
The document describes the steps required to avoid the above error if the requirement is not to use Oracle HTTP Server in the target 12c environment.
