Symptoms

After Installing CVision PDF Compressor Version 8 and submitting a TIFF file for conversion, an error is thrown when accessing the Content Information page.

ERROR
The conversion job <Job number> cannot be returned from provider IBR. The Inbound Refinery did not return any files.
