Symptoms

When trying to create a new Distribution Path in GoldenGate MicroServices the following errors are thrown:

ERROR OGG-08525 Oracle GoldenGate Distribution Server for Oracle: The network connection could not be established.
ERROR OGG-08518 Oracle GoldenGate Distribution Server for Oracle: Request on path NAME failed, which is caused by 'The network connection could not be established.'.
