Unable to Stop AdminServer ".out" Log File Rotation on Server Startup (Doc ID 2761601.1)

Symptoms

Enabled size based log rotation for the AdminServer and also disabled "Rotate log file on startup" from "Admin Console > Environment > Servers > AdminServer > Logging > General".

Size based rotation works fine but when ever AdminServer is started/restarted, AdminServer.out log gets rotated. The AdminServer.out should not be rotated on startup as per the configuration.
