How to Bypass SSO Authentication for Specific Users When OIG is Setup with SAML2

Goal
OIG has been integrated with Identity Providers (For example: Azure AD) for sso authentication using SAML2 Asserter by referring below document.
For OIG 12CPS3(12.2.1.3) Version:

Some Users like System Administrator may not be authenticated against IDP and it should be authenticated against OIG only.
So one would like to know how to bypass the sso authentication against IDP for the specific users.
