Installing a WebLogic Patch using OPatch 13.9.4.2.5 Fails with Error, "OUI-67073:UtilSession failed: Errors occurred while copying files" (Doc ID 2763767.1)

Symptoms

When installing a WebLogic patch using Opatch 13.9.4.2.5 it is failing with the error,

 

[SEVERE]  OUI-67073:UtilSession failed: Errors occurred while copying files

 

The log file contains the error stack,
