Users unable to Access Worklistapp/OIM INBOX when they have a Role assigned that contains Special Characters. (Doc ID 2764778.1)

Symptoms

When a user logs into OIM, after selecting the Inbox option to view their approval tasks, the tab opens but displays the below error message.
Error showing tasklist. Possible reasons could be: 1. SOA server connection information is not available. 2. If it is run in federated mode, the default server may be down.
This behavior could be seen only for a set of users and does not occur for all the users of OIM.

Changes

Role(s) were created with special characters in its name and these roles with special characters are assigned to users.
