OEM GoldenGate Plugin Does Not Discover Extracts In Microservices Installation

Symptoms
On : 12.2.1.2.0 version, Monitor
OEM GoldenGate plugin does not discover Extracts in Microservices installation
We can see the service manager, deployments and processess (adminsvr etc) in OEM but we cannot discover the extracts under the deployment. (adminsvr does not show any extracts)
They cannot be found during the discovery process.
The diagnostic agent log in OEM shows no errors:
