Replicat process is hanging with OGG-08035 OGG-08037 The DataBase Connection Failover Is Being Retried Because Of An Error And Raise A Core Dump With TAF (Doc ID 2766736.1)

Symptoms

Cause-1: Replicat process is hanging and it reported following messages in report file:

2021-03-07 07:19:35  INFO    OGG-08035  The database connection has begun failover.
2021-03-07 07:35:56  INFO    OGG-08037  The database connection failover is being retried because of an error.

Cause-2: Replicat raise a coredump when is trying to start process in
fallback during TAF which is not supported in replicat.
